The Story of Immeryours
My love for Keepsakes, Jewellery and Memories

Immeryours was born from my deep love for meaningful keepsakes, tiny trinkets that carry stories, emotions, and connections. I’ve always felt that small tokens can hold a little magic, evoking comfort, strength, and a sense of belonging to our past and present.
Immeryours is a fusion of “Immer”—the German word for forever—and “Yours”, symbolizing eternal connection. Together, it means “Forever Yours”, a perfect reflection of the keepsakes I create.
A Journey of Crafting Memories
My journey into memorial jewellery began in 2016, when I discovered the profound beauty of transforming ashes, hair, and other sentimental elements into bespoke, handcrafted jewellery. I believe that stories matter and that cherished memories should be captured most meaningfully through heirloom keepsakes that bridge past, present, and future generations.
Through my own experiences with grief and healing, I found solace in creating memorial jewellery. This work has not only nurtured my own soul but has allowed me to support others in their journey of remembrance. As Susan Cain so beautifully said:
“Whatever pain you can’t get rid of, make it your creative offering.”
Meet the Artist – Anja

A lifelong passion for people, stories, and the delicate art of remembrance
Growing up in East Germany and making Australia my home for over 20 years, I’ve carried a lifelong passion for people, stories, and the delicate art of remembrance. My journey from memorial artist to psychology has been deeply shaped by my interactions with individuals experiencing grief, trauma, and transformation.

Art can soothe the soul
As a memorial artist, I found profound meaning in creating bespoke pieces that capture the essence of a loved one. Through the tangible act of crafting jewellery from ashes, hair, and other cherished mementos, I discovered how art can soothe the soul and provide a lasting connection to those we have lost.

A commitment to ethical craftsmanship
In addition to memorial artistry, my background in human resources, animal care, and community work has enriched my understanding of human connection. From managing animal care centres and fostering programs to collaborating with community centres and supporting diverse communities, I have developed a deep sense of empathy, awareness, and
Operating from a small homestead in rural Queensland, where I care for my beloved miniature goats, chickens, dogs and guinea pigs, I blend my love for nature with my creative practice. Whether designing a custom piece of memorial jewellery or working in my garden, I am guided by a deep respect for life’s cycles and the enduring power of memory.
It is a privilege
While pursuing a Master’s in Psychology, creating memorial jewellery will always hold a special place in my heart. Creating memorial jewellery is more than a craft; it is a privilege and a heartfelt commitment to making your loved ones’ stories unforgettable.
Thank you for trusting me to be a part of your journey. It is an honour to create something that not only captures memories but also fosters healing, connection, and enduring love.
Warmest,
Anja

Our Commitment to the Environment
Caring for the environment is at the heart of Immeryours. I take pride in running an eco-conscious and sustainable business, making thoughtful choices to reduce waste and minimise my environmental impact. From sourcing materials to packaging, every step is taken with sustainability in mind.
Here are some of the ways we prioritise eco-friendly practices:
- Sustainable Packaging – I have invested in eco-friendly packaging, avoiding plastic wherever possible.
- Ethical Sourcing – Art supplies are carefully chosen from eco-conscious businesses.
- Recycling & Reusing – Paper and packaging are repurposed in my studio, garden, and worm farm.
- Non-Toxic Crafting – I use natural, toxin-free cleaning solutions when crafting your jewellery.
- Waste Reduction – Packaging from suppliers is recycled or donated to local schools for craft projects.

Mindful Resin Use
Some keepsake jewellery pieces are crafted with composite resin, which is not recyclable. To minimise waste:
- Materials are precisely measured to your jewellery needs, ensuring no excess.
- Keepsake inclusions like cremation ashes or hair are handled with the utmost care to preserve every bit.
- Any leftover resin is repurposed into extra charms or stones for you.
- Unused epoxy resin (without inclusions) is transformed into artwork or turning blanks, reducing landfill waste.
Every keepsake I create is made with love, care, and respect—not just for your memories, but for our planet too.
