The amount listed is sufficient for up to four pieces of jewellery. Please do not send us any more unless otherwise asked by us, and only send us what you feel comfortable posting.

How to send keepsakes
For most ash keepsakes, we only require a very small amount.
- Rings, pendants, charms and most designs: a quarter of a teaspoon
- Bangles: half a teaspoon
If you prefer not to handle the ashes directly, you can use a clean teaspoon from home to measure and transfer the amount. Many clients find this more comfortable than using their hands.
Please place the ashes into a small zip-lock bag, paper envelope, or compostable bag, and label it clearly with your name and order number.

We treat every amount with deep respect, and anything not used will be safely returned to you.
We only need a small amount of hair or fur for your keepsake.
- For darker colours (brown, black, or similar), 10–20 strands is perfect.
- For lighter colours (white, blonde, red, or grey), please send 20+ strands so we can select the most suitable pieces.
- We can also craft with just one single strand, if need be.

We love using your baby’s cord to make a unique piece of keepsake jewellery. A small snippet of your baby’s umbilical cord can be created into a lovely earthy-toned keepsake. We respectfully request that you send us only a small snippet of the umbilical cord, about the size of a small fingernail. The provided umbilical cord stump or dried/pulverized placenta is then professionally preserved in our studio upon arrival. We will always return anything we did not use for your keepsake jewellery.
The Multiziser works like a belt. You can push the end through the buckle to form a ring shape. Slip the Multisizer onto your finger. Adjust to give a comfortable fit, checking that it just slips back over the knuckle. If you feel comfortable with the fit, read off the size indicated by the arrow. Sending Your Precious Inclusions
We want this part of the journey to feel easy and reassuring. When sending your keepsakes to our studio, please label everything with your name and order number so we can safely match your inclusions to your piece.
Zip-lock bags are perfectly fine, although we always appreciate reducing plastic use wherever possible. Small paper envelopes or compostable bags are also welcome, as long as they keep your inclusions, such as ashes and locks of hair, secure.
Caring for the Environment
Being kind to the environment is one of our core values. As a small, slow-crafted studio, we strive to minimise waste and recycle whenever possible.
If possible, please keep packaging simple and avoid unnecessary plastic or sticky tape unless it's necessary to protect your keepsakes during shipping. All paper and cardboard materials are thoughtfully recycled here in our Whitsunday studio.
Postage and Delivery
You are welcome to send your inclusions using Australia Post's tracked letters or tracked parcels, whichever you find safest and most convenient. Please lodge your item over the counter at your local post office if you'd like proof of lodgement, or place it into a red street posting box if that suits you better. We recommend keeping your tracking number for peace of mind.
Our studio is located in a small coastal town, so regular Australia Post delivery to our beautiful Whitsundays can take up to 10 business days. We check our post box twice weekly, and your precious mail is safely held at the post office until we collect it.
Once Australia Post marks your parcel or letter as "Awaiting Collection" or "Delivered", you'll know it has arrived at our local post office and is ready for us to pick up.
Once We Receive Your Inclusions
After we collect your parcel or letter, we carefully inspect, label, and securely store your inclusions. This process can take up to 24 hours. Once everything is safely in our workshop, we'll send you a confirmation email with your approximate completion date.
