How does the keepsake order process work?
We want to make the journey of crafting your keepsake jewellery as comfortable as possible for you. After receiving your order, we carefully check everything and prepare your return care kit if you’re located in Australia. If you are outside of Australia, we will contact you with details on how to safely pack and post your keepsake.
Your return care kit contains everything you need to pack your keepsake respectfully, including a complimentary ring sizer (if applicable) and a prepaid return envelope for your convenience. Our turnaround time begins when we receive your order, and for keepsake rings, it starts when we receive your ring size.
