HOW WE WORK
We want to make this journey as easy as it can be, despite the emotions that you may be feeling, sending off a keepsake, trusting me, making the decision to immortalise your memento. My process is explained below, but I’m always just a phone call away if you are feeling a little untethered about the project at any time.
Your comfort and trust in this relationship is important to me and to a good outcome for the jewellery we are creating together.
After your keepsake has arrived, we carefully sort, label and plan your bespoke piece.
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us within 24 hours.
A lot of work, soul and love goes into creating our memorial jewellery pieces. Our standard turn-around time is eight weeks from the moment we have received your mail.
If you’ve nominated an express service, we are working faster to produce your special item. Please ensure you’ve selected this at checkout.
Our jewellery is so much more than just jewellery – it’s a story and a moment in time captured for you to keep forever.
Once completed, we’ll let you know it’s on its way via registered mail. All parcels require a signature upon arrival for additional security and peace of mind.
