We promise to create keepsakes that are made with soul, heart and by hand. All our keepsake creations are carefully designed in our ‘Immeryours’ Studio in Far North Queensland, Australia.
Creating art by hand means that there will always be some slight variations in each creation, such as stone shape and size, colour and metalwork.
All keepsakes are different and unique. We try to match your colour choice to our best ability, but it is not always possible to match a design 100 %. We are passionate to create the very best unique jewellery that highlights your journey.
We urge you to measure your ring size correctly as the nature of our work will not always allow us to resize your ring. We strongly advise you to have your ring professional measured by a local jeweller. Your keepsakes are just too precious, and we want to create your unique jewellery to last.
A fee over A$49.90 + postage will apply should you wish to resize your ring.
Our promise to you is to create jewellery that lasts. Since 2016 we have been working on our professional preservation process and consider it successful. Many months of studying and consulting with chemical laboratories and resin suppliers have us confident that our breastmilk jewellery will not mould or rot. As each breastmilk is unique and many factors play a role in preserving breastmilk, such as diet and medication intake, we promise to replace your breastmilk stone in the rare event your breastmilk stone strongly yellows within the first six months.

Please read carefully through all care instructions given to you and listed on our website. Immeryours is not liable for damage to the jewellery due to contact with chemicals, excessive contact with water, perfume, lotions, daily wear and tear, scratches and bubbles.
All our paintings are created by myself in our studio. We only use high-quality pigments and resin designed explicitly for resin paintings. While we use a UV stable resin, we strongly advice to not hang your art in direct sunlight or outdoors.
Our DNA paintings are abstract art, and no picture will ever be the same.
Exchange or refund for DNA paintings cannot be accepted due to the sentimental value of each keepsake painting. But please don’t worry, we will work with you the best we can to ensure you receive a piece of art you enjoy for many years to come.
Immeryours is not liable for missing or damaged keepsakes due to the third party such as Australia Post, Sendle, Fastway or any other courier service. We strongly suggest sending all your keepsake via registered mail.
All Immeryours keepsakes and artwork is sent via registered mail in a carefully packed gift box.
Immeryours attends their PO Box at least twice a week unless otherwise agreed on. All creations are posted to you on Saturdays unless otherwise agreed on.
Overseas buyers are responsible for any incurred additional charges such as GST, VAT or customs duty pending on your countries import laws. It is up to the buyer to be familiar with your states imports law. We will assist as best as possible should you require further information.
Promotions and Discount Codes:
Immeryours is based in North Queensland, Australia and therefore AEST (Australian Eastern Standard times) applies. Promotion and discount codes finish at AEST. Please be aware of different time zones within Australia and around the world.
Promotions and discount codes do not apply for individual custom orders.
All Immeryours quotes for individual custom creations are valid for seven days.
Immeryours will create a custom link on our website for a more comfortable and secure purchase process and order tracking. This link will stay active for seven days and will be automatically deleted after seven days.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours by email. All cancellations will occur an admin fee of A$10.
We will be unable to refund you the full purchase amount if we already started creating your keepsake. We will deduct any occurred material costs and labour.
Workshops bookings are fully refundable seven days prior to the workshop should you be unable to attend.
Should you wish to cancel six days prior to the workshop, a 50% refund will be issued and no refund for less than 24 hr cancellation.
In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your keepsake, we ask that you contact us directly via email and we will do our very best to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
Due to the nature of our work, we can not give refunds on personalised items.
