Keepsake Jewellery – Cut-Off and Important Dates for 2024

Your heirloom jewellery is created with love, intention, and purpose in a space of honour, joy, and respect. From the first moment we speak, we intend to gently guide you and help you choose a piece of keepsake jewellery that represents and honours your memories.

Creation times can vary depending on your precious keepsake design. The estimated turnaround time is listed in the description of all products. Please add an additional two weeks on all orders placed from 1 August 2024 until 30 October 2024.

If you require your jewellery for a specific occasion, such as a birthday, wedding, or anniversary, we encourage you to get in touch with us before placing your order so we can advise you on what we can do for you.

To assist and help you plan your keepsake creation, please bear in mind the following order cut-off dates for 2024 to ensure timely delivery.

CUT-OFF DATES FOR ORDERS REQUIRING DELIVERY BEFORE Christmas 2024

• 10th September for all keepsake rings and pendants, except for the ash-infused metal range, charms, engravable collection and ready-made urn collection
  • all return care kits need to be returned within a week of arrival
• 8th October for all keepsakes in our ash-infused metal keepsake range (rings and pendants).
• The order cut-off date for all keepsake charms, engravable collections, and ready-made urn jewellery will be announced.

Please add an additional two weeks on all orders placed from 1 August 2024 until 30 October 2024. Last postage day will be the 30 November 2024. 

IMPORTANT!

For the first time in eight years, Immeryours will be taking a two-month creative break from December 2024 to the end of January 2025. During this period, we will not be creating any keepsakes. During this time, we will still send out ready made keepsakes and jewellery, DIY kits and Journals. Rest assured that we will still be in the office, regularly checking emails, and will be happy to assist you in any way possible during that time.

• order by 1 March 2024 for most custom ash-infused, composite, gem and ash-infused glass gems. 
• Order by 11 April for our Engravable Collection 

CUT-OFF DATES FOR ORDERS REQUIRING DELIVERY BEFORE Father’s Day 2024

• order by 10 June 2024 for most custom ash-infused, composite, gem and ash-infused glass gems
• order by 15 July for Engravable Collection

 

Limited Office Hours 

Our office hours will be reduced during this time. We will continue to send out return care kits for all orders placed during this period to ensure no delays in the keepsake creation process.

• 10 October – 30 October 2024
• 1 December 2024 – 28 February 2025

Office and Studio Closure

We will also be closed between Christmas and New Year, 20 December 2024 – 16 January 2025.
