Keepsake Jewellery – Cut-Off and Important Dates for 2024

Your heirloom jewellery is created with love, intention, and purpose in a space of honour, joy, and respect. From the first moment we speak, we intend to gently guide you and help you choose a piece of keepsake jewellery that represents and honours your memories.

Creation times can vary depending on your precious keepsake design. The estimated turnaround time is listed in the description of all our keepsakes.

If you require your jewellery for a specific occasion, such as a birthday, wedding, or anniversary, we encourage you to get in touch with us before placing your order so we can advise you on what we can do for you.

To assist and help you plan your keepsake creation, please bear in mind the following order cut-off dates for 2024 to ensure timely delivery.

CUT-OFF DATES FOR ORDERS REQUIRING DELIVERY BEFORE Christmas 2024 has now passed. All keepsakes ordered from 24 October 2024 will be posted out the beginning of the new year. 

IMPORTANT!

We  will be taking a creative break from December 2024 to mid January 2025. During this period, we will not be sending out any made to order keepsakes. We will still send out ready made keepsakes and jewellery, DIY kits, Ornaments  and Journals.  Rest assured that we will still be in the office, regularly checking emails, and will be happy to assist you in any way possible during that time.

Cut-Off Dates For Orders Requiring Delivery Before Mother’s Day 2024

• order by 1 March 2024 for most custom ash-infused, composite, gem and ash-infused glass gems. 
• Order by 11 April for our Engravable Collection 

CUT-OFF DATES FOR ORDERS REQUIRING DELIVERY BEFORE Father’s Day 2024

• order by 10 June 2024 for most custom ash-infused, composite, gem and ash-infused glass gems
• order by 15 July for Engravable Collection

 

Limited Office Hours 

Our office hours will be reduced during this time. We will continue to send out return care kits for all orders placed during this period to ensure no delays in the keepsake creation process. 

• 1 June – 14 June 2024  
• 14 September – 30 September 2024
• 10 October – 30 October 2024
• 1 December 2024 – 28 February 2025

Office and Studio Closure

We will also be closed between Christmas and New Year, 20 December 2024 – 16 January 2025.
